If you have problems with the VIDA application, please make sure you have used the right instructions, documents and applications on this website.

If there is an issue with VIDA, help must be obtained in the following order:

  1. 1. VIDA help documents (available on this website) and VIDA Help which is available in the VIDA application.
  2. 2. Via a TIE report (free of charge).

All discrepancies in VIDA concerning vehicles, service products, parts and accessories shall be reported via TIE. Further information is available under the TIE tab.

For technical assistance regarding vehicle repair or diagnostics you can contact the Vehicle Technical Helpdesk Service. A base Administration fee of 12 € per contact, plus a 5 € per minute will be charged.
